Megan Buchanan
Megan Buchanan is a licensed REALTOR® and born-and-raised Vancouverite with a unique edge — a background in marketing, brand design, and real estate development.
Before stepping into residential sales, Megan worked agency-side with developers, creating marketing programs for multi-family presale projects across the Lower Mainland. She also began investing in real estate in her early twenties, giving her a firsthand understanding of both the buying and selling experience — from presale to resale properties.
Megan brings a grounded, confident approach to every client relationship, backed by years of industry insight and a sharp eye for design. Whether you're navigating your first purchase or preparing to sell a home with story and style, she offers thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm for the process.
Her partner also owns and operates Tayler Construction, a trusted local renovation company, a great resource if you’re considering a project in Vancouver.
